I used to be a ceramicist and potter. You might have seen me on Instagram as @ottimade. I specialised in making pots from clay sourced locally to me in South Australia which I then fired using reduction firing to achieve the quail egg speckle I became so well known for. 

If you were ever on my mailing list you would have known that my shop updates regularly sold out in rapid time and I always attributed this to growing a strong and engaged following on Instagram. 

Over the years I started to help other potters and Quiet Creatives with their Instagram accounts because both they and I knew that marketing is what will make or break your business.  

Then I was (ironically) diagnosed with  a condition called POTS and I had to give pottery away.  And now help other Quiet Creatives with their Instagram and businesses. And I freaking love it.
